Dear  sir / Madam

I personally do not agree with an increase in assembly members. The whole of the senedd is bais in favour of Cardiff and South Wales. North Wales is it's poor distant relation.Funding is not split equally. Transport is a poorer quality to what is available in South Wales  Jobs on the north are scarce too. If your a carer or disabled you are always on the bread line. We play an important role in the lives of those we care for. The 20mph blanket limit hinders everyone in there daily lives. We reside in a country that has lots of hills and windy roads yet due to having to travel in a lower gear all of the time we are causing more damage to our beautiful country. Have a heart we need some consideration keep it at schools and hospitals  but change the other roads back and bring back the Green cross code man.
